New Orleans
The order to evacuate New Orleans is out; they’re saying the only thing to do is abandon the city. The levee breaks are causing the lake to flow into the city, and fixing the breaks is turning out to be an engineering nightmare. I can’t believe the pictures I’m seeing. And the looting! I don’t understand why folks think like that… I can almost understand getting food, water and things to drink, but TVs? Guns? Apparently, a brand new Wal-Mart was looted and every single gun in the store was taken. So now there’s a whole bunch of armed people out there. What is going to happen to New Orleans?
