I got Weather Icon to work again. Yay! 
I used it before ‘Widgets’ and couldn’t get the old version to work with the new widgetized themes. I’ve been searching the web for some way to display weather that didn’t rely on Wunderground. I don’t like the way their weather displays. Finally stumbled upon Weather Icon’s new widget version. After much fussing and updating to the latest version, it’s installed, and working. This one even has 5 optional icon sets.
Happy Memorial Day! I’m thankful for another day off to recuperate. Not much walking yesterday, but the legs are still sore today. However, I am still going to get up, get dressed, and clean this apartment. My projects for today (besides cleaning 
) include putting a new wireless adapter on the Tivo, and getting my Mac wired in to the new router. I want to make hamburgers tonight too… on the grill if it still has enough gas.
Memorial Day has new meaning for me this year. My son is now a Marine, and stationed in North Carolina. So here’s to all our brave men and women in the Marines, Navy, Army, Air Force, Reserves, Coast Guard, and any other military branch I forgot. I’m thankful we have such great people defending our freedoms.
