Wasting time is bad!

Especially when there’s work to be done. I woke up today in much less pain. So my intention was to get right to work. Usually I will log in to api’s network, then connect to my computer there and get to work. So I connected. Then I realized duh! I have my laptop here with me because I am going onsite tomorrow. So instead I decided to sit here, drink coffee, and waste time.
- I rearranged my sidebar widgets.
- I added a couple “randomness” widgets to the bottom - The Simpsons and Jack Handy.
- I fooled around with themes, deleting some, adding new ones.
- I read the comics and drank coffee until it turned all flaky on top. (my water here is weird, and as things evaporate, these disgusting flakes start to form on the top of the coffee, sorta like a skin. bleah!)
- I scritched scratched and generally annoyed the cats.
- I resized a few things so they fit better in most sidebars.
- I added a widget that displays random pics from my PicasaWeb Photo Gallery.
- I played Mahjong, Monkey Solitaire, Spider Solitaire and Bejeweled.
Yesterday I placed an order for Charter Cable Internet access. Disgusted with the snail’s pace of my DSL, and the cost, I just decided it was time. I got a deal on it too! $19.99 a month for the first year. That should save me quite a bit and hopefully be more reliable and faster than what I have now.
Ok enough time wasted. Time to get up, shower, get dressed, do some BBHS work, then go out to the garage and get my laptop case and all my notes. I have a few hours of work to do before leaving tomorrow, so I guess I better get to it.
