I pulled out my tripod and got this pic of the moon just before it set:

It’s pretty cool-lookin tonite. I messed with a bunch of the settings on the camera, and took a whole bunch of pics. I got 4 good ones. Now the trick is, try to remember what settings I used! 
Heather’s car croaked today, temporarily. Turns out it was a transmission fluid hose. All her tranny fluid leaked out, and she was stuck at a gas station with a car that wouldn’t move. She had to call a tow truck, and have it hauled to a repair place. Lucky they were able to fix it right away. Unlucky, tho, it was funds she hadn’t planned on spending. So close to the holidays too. *sigh*
Anyway… it’s cold outside, about 30 degrees. If it were cloudy and damp, we’d be seeing snow. I did see a few flakes last night, but not much at all; besides, the ground isn’t frozen yet so even if it did snow, it won’t stick.
